Posso administrar a mesma versão para vários projetos Scrum aberto no Jira? Se sim, como faço essa configuração?

To confirm your question, are you asking if the same Release versions can be managed in multiple Jira projects?

If so, I do not believe that is possible with out-of-the-box Jira. The releases are defined at the project level. I believe there are marketplace apps which support synchronzing/copying releases: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&product=jira&query=release
