👋 Hi everyone, glad to join this community!

I’m the Deputy Head of Service Management at Digitain, where my team covers Incident Management, Jira Administration, and Access Coordination. Our focus is on keeping operations smooth, enabling collaboration, and making sure teams have the right tools and access to do their best work.

One antiquated way of working I’d love to see evolve is relying on siloed communication—whether it’s endless email threads or undocumented decisions. I’m a big believer in centralized knowledge sharing so everyone has visibility and can contribute.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, drumming, and learning new materials. It helps me recharge and bring a fresh perspective to my role.

Looking forward to connecting, sharing experiences, and learning from all of you!

Hi everyone! I’m excited to join this group and connect with other Jira enthusiasts.

I work as a Jira Admin, Staff Engineer 1, managing workflows, configurations, and automations for our teams.

An antiquated way of working I’ve noticed is relying on spreadsheets for tracking tasks instead of leveraging Jira; I’d love to see more teams fully embrace collaborative tools.

I hope to learn new Jira tips, best practices, and automation techniques from this community.

I also hope to share my experiences with workflow optimization and Jira administration.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and exploring photography.

Looking forward to engaging with everyone!

Hey everyone! I work at a small company that provides custom IT solutions. Since we're still growing we are also in the process of refining our workflow with Atlassian tools. For example we just started using the Jira Releases Feature.

Icebreaker 1: An antiquated was of working I#d like to see changed is relying on endless email chains for collaboration. They are hard to follow, things get lost etc. Centralized tools where all the context and updates are in one place would be great (and with lots of atlassian tools possible)

Icebreaker 2: In my free time, I'm into historical fencing and swordfighting - pretty much the complete opposite of my very modern and digital job!

I am currently an Atlassian System administrator at my company. I have been a front end developer for almost 20 years and gradually migrated away from development (coding) to more of the Scrum Master/Tech Lead/Atlassian Administrator

I love the Atlassian tools and have been using them quite a long time. It has been interesting to see how Atlassian has grown and adapted.

1. I work for NetJets Inc (Private Aviation)
2. Like others, the use of EXCEL is so frustrating, but for some that is the only option outside of getting an Add On, paying more money, etc..
3. Culture is a big hurdle for my company, and adapting to change moves at a glacial pace.

Hi all - Happy to join the Agile Community Group. I primarily work as a Scrum Master and Scrum Coach within my organization and also am on the Jira Administrators team helping other users with daily issues, etc. Excited to both contribute to and learn from this group!
