Kanban: Drag & Drop issues in a filter or project view?

We're using Kanban, not scrum. Is there a way (other than the greenhopper board) to view a list of all the project issue and drag-and-drop the issues to prioritize? The kanban board view does not give us enough visibility to issues past the top 7 or so, which makes it difficult to prioritize. Is there something available to us, similar to the 'Plan' view for scrum?

You can try to query the sprint via JIRA's issue navigator. You won't be able to drag and drop issues there, but you can use the send issue in JIRA and use the Send to Top or Send to Bottom functionality
