Hello,

Confluence is great!

I am new here! I need to do basic diagrams, basic flow chart? I mean Basic no fancy stuff (e.g. NOT Lucidchart, Gliffy, Draw.io and many other external app that you need to pay and are available in the marketplace). Again basic flow chart in a requirement spec which has nothing but boxes, circles and lines and bunch of text in a wiki page.

Is there a way I can do this without have to buy a marketplace app? It feels a tool like Confluence should provide this basic table stakes feature no? I know for sure it's there. I am just not finding it as there are so many apps and features.

Many thanks for your help.

In my experience - there is not necessarily a native diagram macro that comes with Confluence. The next best thing would be to draw via a tool like rocketbook and just upload a pic to the confluence.

If you wanting to build a diagram in confluence app itself - again I am not aware of a native app. All diagrams usually are plugged into confluence.

A final option would be to use a paint tool and import it as a view able file to confluence.'

I hope these options help.
