How can I get TASK into the backlog in a KANBAN board?

Hi!

I´m trying to set up a KANBAN board, but I can´t get any TASK into the Backlog

I use 4 column: Backlog, ToDo, In process and Done.

But TASK only have 3 different statuses...

How should I do to get them into the Backlog?

Hello,

Have a look at your filters defined for the Kanban board. You can find these filters in the board settings -> General. Make sure that this fitlers select required tasks.

Can I have another filter for the Backlog?

You can change this filter as you want.

Do you wanna view the TASK in backlog column or backlog issues?

Primary setup is filter.Filter should retrieve task issues.

• If you want to setup the task in Backlog column just map the Task status in that column(kanban backlog) as per your requirement.
• If you want to view the tasks in backlog issues just check out the filter setup.
