How can I create a manual test report via Xray only for 20 bugs reported by the Client.

Is there any way to generate a manual test report for only those reported bugs?

I just did a quick interpretation of your question:

• added 5 bugs
• added test cases to 3 of those bugs
• added test execution to 2 of those bugs
• created a report in the traceability matrix with filtering:
  • issue type: bug
  • creator

Please let me know if this hits your requirement (see screenshot)

You may use the Document Generator (https://docs.getxray.app/display/XRAYCLOUD/Document+Generator) and create a template that will show only the information you need since you have conditional blocks (https://docs.getxray.app/display/XRAYCLOUD/Conditional+Blocks) to reach on the Jira data and only show a fraction of the information.
