Export Jira Project from one cloud instance to another cloud instance

I have a project in one instance of Jira in the cloud that I need to migrate to another instance of Jira in the cloud. 

The project has some custom fields. I would ideally like to be able to migrate the entire schema or the project (meaning the custom fields and settings), and comments and attachments. 

I cannot even find any plugins that can do this, but I am sure there are probably some, at least I hope there are.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I do not have an answer, but have the same question and would like to do the same thing.
