Olá, atualmente há várias opções de certificações SCRUM online.

As mais conceituadas no mercado de trabalho sem dúvidas são a Scrum.org e Alliance. Porém existe também a certificação da CertiProf, Scrum-Istitute que são bem mais acessíveis que as citadas anteriormente. 

Há também opções de certificações Scrum Foundation gratuítas também, mas acredito que seu interesse seja para Scrum Master.
