Is there any methodology for design and manage business/functional solutions in organization ? I'm looking for best practice for business process and object modeling, document and management.
Whereas there are alot of project management methodologies, I don't know any methodology for design and manage solutions

Hi Yoram,

There are several business process methodologies, some will allow you to do a deep dive into your process via Six Sixma or Lean Six Sigma and the DMAIC model, ASQ for quality control, and others are as simple as developing your own standards with flowcharting. here are a couple of links to get you started:
