To add to @Craig Nodwell 's comment, I suggest you focus your learning efforts in two ways: Technical skills and Coaching Skills

For technical skills go through as many free class in the Atlassian University on Agile and Jira to learn the basics of the tools, methodologies, and mindset. Expand on team topologies, servant leadership, those with paid classes or other self-learning to work towards mastering them. 

For coaching skills, look for classes or self learning (books, etc.) on  team topologies, servant leadership, and change management. 

Long-term, progressing careers in Agile combine those two areas; how well you have learned and adopted the tools and mindsets, and how well you bring others into the Agile fold.
