Anyone doing (capital K) Kanban?

Hi Everyone,

For those of you running Kanban, what strategies are you employing to make Lead times, Cycle times, Flow efficiency and Flow visible?

I'm finding that i need to use tools external to jira like excel to measure and analyze with the team.

For example, to get flow effiency, i have to calculate lead times of in-progress and idle in the control chart but then use excel to actually get me to the final calculation.

Getting to each of the numbers always requires multiple clicks.

There's also not an obvious way to make visible the age of a ticket on the kanban boards.
