After writing the JQL, you can choose which fields the show from the "Columns" button at the top right of the listed issues. You can narrow or expand the fields as you wish or you can order them by dragging from their headers. When exporting, you should choose the option with "(Current field)" I hope this is what you looking for.

Thank you very much. Is that a specific JQL you used. I have seen the columns and updated.
I did not write any specific JQL. It's a blank query that lists all the issues on my jira instance. Instead, I've manipulated the columns to show the fields that I wanted.
It can be done by selecting "Switch to basic" on the right corner of the JQL command screen.
You just need to select the relevant columns from the right side.
