“Why did we choose that API design again?”

This is a problem for modern teams.

Important decisions get lost in casual chats, with no record or structure.

This is not just a visibility issue. It’s also a continuity issue.

We need dedicated places where async decisions can live and stay connected to the work they impact.

it's even worse when one (or more) of the team leave and once their accounts are closed you no longer even have access to the chats
