When you say FRS I believe you are talking about a software requirements specification. Is it correct?
Are you talking about the FRS of the JIRA application itself or from a software development which you are managing with JIRA?
If it is a software you are developing, can you let us know how you are adding this data on JIRA? Are you adding it in a per issue-basis using a specific field in the issues?
We will be waiting for this answer to better understand your requirements.
