apply changes in jira

Hi 

we are using a Jira data center with advanced roadmaps we configure a team and connect it to some issues and when we try to commit the changes in Jira everything crashes and we can not do anything at the moment 

the plan is not responding and won't even open  

please help

Start checking your log files of the application, they will provide more information on what's going wrong. When the commit change happens note down the part in logs what exactly happen, based on that if you could get that log we can check and suggest on the possible solution.

You can start with checking atlassian-jira.log*  in JIRA Home Directory log folder (path: JIRA_HOME/log)

Hope this helps to get to bottom of the issue

I would also recommend to raise a support ticket for Atlassian to analyze this behavior ad provide a resolution. Link  https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
