Why issues i created through plan are missing from the plan,when i saved to Jira?

I created a initiative through plan but when i saved it to jira ,initiative is missing from the plan.why is this happening?Could you please help me out

Does the created Initiative meet the criteria of the issue source/s of the plan?

Do you have the Hierarchy set to show the Initiative level on the plan?
