Why is Jira Programme timeline starts long before any planned Initiatives?

Hello,

 

I have Jira Programme, which consist of multiple Jira Plans.

Why does Schedule view give me literally one year (2023) empty timeline when actual Initiatves are starting only in very late 2023?
