We are trialling the JIRA portfolio cloud and need to know that we can see the individual users skills whilst planning a team.
I can see that we can assign a team specific skills and you can assign users specific skills in their profile but I am unable to find where the individual users skills are displayed whilst building a team.
I'm not sure I understand the question - what's the difference between:
1. Assign users specific skills in their profile (in the team panel)
2. Where the individual users skills are displayed whilst building a team
These read very similar to me. I assume you've defined the skills in the plan configuration and you see something very similar to this image in the team panel. Are you talking about seeing individual user skills while in Scope panel, while assigning teams/people? I'm not sure what "building a team" means other than being in the Team panel.
