Unable to see capacity in the timeline in the Plan

I have created a plan for the capacity planning. After pointing the source to my board I can see theprojects and the sprint, but I am unable to see the capacity on the timeline .

I am Kate, from Planyway. I would like to advise you to try Planyway сapacity planning in Jira. There you can see the capacity per team member, based on the original estimation added to issues, and the number of working hours per day. Check the view in the picture below.
