When I add a start date to an issue in my Plan, the start date appears in my Roadmap view. But after I 'Review Changes' and save my changes to Jira, the start date disappears from the Roadmap view. How can I prevent this from happening?

The fields you are updating in Plan have to be available to you in Jira as well. Are there any restrictions on this field in Jira itself? Could there be a user restriction or other validation on that ticket screen that keeps you from updating it?
