Setting Progress Tracking Options

Hi everyone, I want to configure progress/status tracking options for JIRA Cloud as described here : https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiraportfolioserver/status-and-progress-tracking-715263088.html#Statusandprogresstracking-backlog_dependenciesHowtoconfiguretheprogresstrackingoptions 

I checked the site administration options for JIRA cloud but no luck..

The documentation link you cited is actually for Jira Portfolio Server.  Not all the server documentation will apply to our Cloud platform (and vice versa).   There does not appear to be an exact page on the Cloud documentation for that specific link, but the closest I could find is this link: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiraportfoliocloud/tracking-progress-and-status-828785247.html
