Pushing versions to all JIRA projects (over 1000)

Hi,

How can I push versions to all JIRA projects? I've tried using Portfolio with a JQL that loads all issues, but this breaches the Portfolio issue limit.

Are there any other ways to do this? I'll also need to manage version dates going forward.
