Portfolio removes projects from plan after committing changes

Deleted user April 1, 2019

Just created 4 projects in Portfolio, tagged all epics to the projects and committed the changes. After committing Portfolio mentioned it has excluded 4 issues from the plan, all 4 are the newly created projects.

The projects still exist, can find them in the issue navigator, also including the tagged Epics. The projects, however, are not visible in the Portfolio plan and also I cannot find them in the parent project selector. 

How do I include these projects into the plan?
