JIRA portfolio license

Hi,

We have  a JIRA server with 100 user license. We now want to test JIRA portfolio with 10 user license. I have bought this 10 user license for exploring before deciding to buy JIRA portfolio for 100 users.

With 10 users license of portfolio in 100 user jira server, i am not able to test the JIRA portfolio as it says license inconsistency.

Can you please support us to use 10 user license of portfolio before we decide to buy 100 user license?

For trying out , you should be requesting an evaluation license (30 days.. extendable) which doesn't have a user count tagged to it.

The plugin license should be always equal or more than the jira tier license.

10 user plugin license will not support 100 user jira tier license.

For all add-ons you should have a license equal or higher then the JIRA license so a 10 user license for a plugin in JIRA with a 100 user license will never work. 

If you want to test you should create a trial licence for Portfolio.
