Is the New Planning Experience for Portfolio only available to server users or also for cloud?

My company is using the cloud instance and I want to use the new planning experience update in the 2.18 release but it does not seem like we have access to enable it since we are cloud.  Any help would be greatly appreciated on how to get this enabled for us.
