4. Add 3 teams with 3 different skill sets and stages

Attempt to specify that not all 3 teams work on all 3 stories. Try to set a stage for each Story, and then only add 1 skill set per stage.

Attempt to specify that not all 3 stories go through all 3 stages.

What am I missing here?
