I don't see Backlog and initiative options on my Plan

I am new to this add on and using 3.0.0 version.

I have created a plan using projects. I have not seen backlog and initiative options in my plan.

also I am not clear in Integrating the teams, Time  on the plan..as I see in the tutorial.

On the top in the image attached by you, there is hierarchy option, where you have choosen story, you can choose epic,initiative as well from there if it's configured in the porfolio global hierarchy configuration.

I only have Epic, story , Sub-task Options available..there.

And how to use teams in aloting the work.

Let me tell my requirement first..

I have 5 issues where 4th , 5th issues are depended on 2nd issue.

Those 5 issues will be assigned to the Team..Users can start working on 4th issue only after the completion of 2nd issue..

And is there any rule that if I add Target start and Target End then User cannot work on that issue..
