How do I get the child issues to move with the issue if I drag it in the timeline?

@Jonas Hilli This functionality does not exist.  The only thing that you could possibly do is build an automation. There is also the suggestion for bulk updates to the date, relative date change.  https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-37141
