Having issues with exporting dependencies created in portfolio using the new planning interface.

Unable to export dependencies created in portfolio to .csv file created from a plan. Incoming and Outgoing dependency columns are not being exported.

Thank you for pointing this one out, and it looks like a Bug in the new Export the plan feature recently released in 3.23 and later versions of portfolio.
