Duplicate External Team in Plan

In our Plan one of the teams seems to be appearing twice, one version has all the expected issues, the duplicate row for this team has only one issue and says "External - Team currently not in this plan".

What has caused this?

Update for anyone else experiencing this issue - this seems to have resolved itself after I added the field "Team" to the view and then re-assigned the issue to this Ops team again, even though it seems like it's the same value it must've been different.
