Hi Folks,
Problem: Can't find a number of specific issue(s) in an advance roadmap/plan. I'm aware that there are default exclusions such as resolved (resolution) issues.
To troubleshoot, I have created a new plan with the identical issue sources and exclusion rules and noticed that the issue count between the 2 plans are different.
Are there any other troubleshooting suggestions?
p.s. I could just move to the new plan but the existing plan / settings / views have been widely distributed across the organisation, so it'll be the option of last resort.
thanks!
James

Hey Joseph,
I'm comparing the issue count side-by-side between the 2 plans on my own PC with my own jira account.
Plan 1 Issue Source
Plan 2 Issue Source
Plan 1 Exclusions
Plan 2 Exclusions
Hi Joseph,
It's now fixed.
For whatever reason, the plan had the missing issues excluded - it was sitting in the "Removed issues" tab. I had to re-include them.
I'm the only administrator of the plan and had never manually excluded them myself.
This is after checking the "removed issues" tab multiple times over the course of the day too.
Thanks for the taking the time to reply!
regards,
James
Excellent. In general, you should consider the following checks in your situation (you are the only plan editor for the plans):
Here is a link for troubleshooting missing issues in a AR for Jira plan - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/troubleshoot-missing-issues-in-advanced-roadmaps-1044784180.html
Again, great job finding your issue's solution. If my assistance helped you, please click on Accept Answer, so others may be benefited if they have the similar issue in the community.
