Advanced Roadmaps not loading

On one of my browser instances, Advanced roadmaps is not loading. It works in Incognito and Safari. I cleared cookies, etc. Not sure how to resolve it without blowing the profile away.

The only error I see in the developer console is:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 409 () https://.../gateway/api/engage-targeting/api/v2/user/45582da4-1bfb-4580-a109-b8f7d4df9caf/messages/navV3-onboarding-spotlight-tour/start

By the error you mention, it probably tries to load the tutorial at first start.

I would suspect that you have some ad blocker extension on your browser that doesn't allow it to run.

Try to disable the ad blocker for a while and if it runs once, the next time it will not need to run again so the ad blocker can be re-enabled.
