Advanced Roadmap in Data Center

Can anyone help me to confirm if Advanced Roadmaps (formerly Portfolio) is free for Data Center?
Acording to  this , Data Center subscription will include access to:

• Jira Software Data Center: Advanced Roadmaps (formerly Portfolio for Jira)

Hi Sofia,

Atlassian announced that Jira Data Center will be bundled with Advanced Roadmaps (formerly Portfolio) after February 2, 2021 PT. To put it short, It will be free for any Jira Data center License.
