Which tool within the Jira solution is providing capacity planning capabilities?

Browsing through all the product documentation, I am a bit lost with all the different names of the Jira toolings to do capacity planning for your software delivery teams. So what is the exact name of the tooling within the Jira solution to cover this need and which licences allow you to use it or not?
