What is the difference between JIRA Advanced roadmap and JIRA Portfolio?

I am trying to understand the comparison between Jira Portfolio and Advanced Roadmaps for Jira for Data Center.

Portfolio has been rebranded/renamed as Advanced Roadmaps which is available with cloud premium and as an app on Jira Server.
