Unable to add on portfolio cloud for Jira - nothing happens. I hit free trial button, follow through the steps to add, then page loads and nothing happens.

Check your permissions and make sure nothing stopping you from adding it. As an Admin Ive also run into this but was an issue with my browser and an extension I had installed which caused issues but I havent encountered it outside of that.
