Portfolio for Jira Cloud Licencing per user cost

we have a setup with multiple projects using the same jira cloud installation, with +1000 users.

we are looking into portfolio, however only a handful of users would use it, (<10). and we would limit access with permissions to just those users

what are we looking at in terms of licensing costs?

But the License tier of the app needs to match the base applications user tier to be compatible.
