Plan is not loading the issues from one specific project

I would like to create a Plan for one of my Jira project. I have noticed that when I am trying to load the issues from this specific project, the Plan is empty, whereas I am able to load issues from other projects. 

This specific project is also similar to any other projects and I have access to view all the issues. Not sure why Plan is unable to load them Can you please help ?

When you visit the Issue Sources of the Plan, what do you see?

There are 3 different types of sources (Project, Board, and Filter) and there are Exclusions Rules that can all affect what is being shown.

And even if the sources are correct, the Timeline view and the filters could be affecting what you see.

Attachments of the Issues Sources and the Timeline view will give us more insight and help guide you better.

Thanks Kris for your quick reply.

I have tried with all the options of sources, and there is no Exclusion rule set. Time line I have selected all the available options.

This is a project  with customised workflow. Do u see any issue there ?
