License number of users

Hello,

Our portfolio license is giving us the following error:

Incompatible con la licencia del producto (diferente número de usuarios)

Which means:

Incompatible with the product license (different number of users)

But i want to know with which product? we have a jira core 10 users license and a service desk 50 users license, but i dont need our jira service desk users to use the portfolio.

You will need to purchase a 50 user license, I believe. All of your service desk agents get JIRA core by default.
