Jira Portfolio > Permissions > How to give access ONLY to one plan?

Hey there, we used Jira and Portfolio only for our company and everything was fine. Now we start a new project with an new client. We want to let him into our JIRA System. He should see only one project. With the Jira project permissions no problem, but how to hide all portfolio plans from him expect of the one plan which is interesting for him?

Even if he doesn't see any issues in the other plans he shouldn't see the names of the list: https://yourcompany.atlassian.net/secure/PortfolioPlanManage.jspa

How to achieve this goal?

To see portfolio plans the users needs global Portfolio view permissions or Edit permissions if you want them to also make changes in the plan. 

Then, by default if no plan level permissions are set then All Users with the global Portfolio permission can see the plan.

So, to isolate the plans available to a user you will want to grant them the global Portfolio Permissions, then set Plan level permissions for every plan so that the user is a member of the one plan that they need access to and excluded from the rest.
