Jira Plans/Advanced Roadmaps progress issue type not displayed

How do we ensure the Progress (Issue Count) progress bar displays on the view?
This field displays on some plans, not others. 

We are trying to show the Epic and story level of an Plan Roadmap view.

Hi @PJB 

Did some light research...and found that By configuring the view settings, verifying field configurations, and checking filters and permissions, you should be able to display the Progress (Issue Count) progress bar in your Jira Plans/Advanced Roadmaps.
