Is there a quick way to load all of the developers in the org in to the People part of Shared Teams?

I see a button to Add a Team Member, but this will take a long time to do it one by one.  Can I bring in all of my Jira users to the Team Members in Advanced Roadmaps?

Sadly, there is not. 
That said, assuming you are on cloud, adding the members doesn't really do anything currently.
It may well in the future and having someone added will be a requirement to take advantage of this upcoming change:
