How can I adjust the weekly capacity for individual team members

Since I want to utilise advanced roadmaps for ressource planning and forecasting I need to set individual capacity for each team member, as not everyone has a standard 40 hours work week. How and where can I do that?

Take a look at this page where you can check the limitations of the improved interface. Basically you have manage that at the team level.

Thanks Ravi, so I would basically setup a new team for each team member.
