Enable and manage team capacity

I purchased Jira premium plan to get access to advanced road map and team capacity.

I can't understand what I need to do to manage team capacity.

I have the plan option on top menu. but I have nothing there. Only settings.

Thats what Jira asked for:

To enable the sprint capacity view on your timeline:

1. Navigate the View settings menu and group your issues by Team or Sprint.

2. Select the checkbox next to Show capacity on timeline.

But in View settings I don't have the options

You will need to create a plan, so it will show up under the Plan menu from the Top Nav section of the UI.

Once you created your plan, then you can work on manage team capacity.
