I love the timestamps in the action items list! Additionally, I would love it if the person was mentioned in the list rather than just listing their name.

At least in the case of a Google account, you should know the user who said each thing, because my Google account is connected to my Atlassian account, so I'd love it if I my Atlassian user was mentioned right here in the notes.

I'd love to be able to tell Loom at some point (during or after) the meeting who each speaker was so that the action items are marked with the correct person - that's especially useful where the meeting is either hybrid or fully in person but recorded for notetaking where there's only one user logged in but several people talking in the conference room. The notetaker seems to mostly mark everything as the logged in user, but also sometimes it does differentiate, which is also confusing.

Another feature request - allow the user to choose which Confluence Space / folder to put the meeting notes. The notes themselves are great, but then it's extra work to go into your personal space afterwards and manually move the notes to a shared Space or proper "home" for the notes after every meeting, or in my personal case, every day after a long set of meetings. Alternatively to even be able to have an AI bot/Rovo help setup automations to move them would also be useful.

Thanks so much for the feedback @James Coller! We're actively working on adding the ability to select the location that you want the meeting notes to go in (it will be available when the feature is in  GA), as well as improving action items. Really appreciate your feedback!

1.  For each past meeting I need to be able to regenerate the Meeting Notes page. Sometimes we have deleted a note but there is no way to regenerate.
2. I want to set the prompt that creates the meeting notes
3. I want @ mentions of the tasked person rather than just be under a heading (both is fine) 
4. I want to from Loom, also define a custom prompt and be able to push that recording to Confluence.

Presently my users feel that Fireflies is a better fit. These items would go a long way to settling their issues.

I added an automation to add confluence-users to any given newly created page.
