Hello all,
is there a way to link any excel or powerpoint file to confluence?
Its not like embedding a file to confluence, its more like there is an attachment on confluence page. This attachment has the same name as the file on my desktop.
Just whenever I update the file on my desktop the attachment on confluence takes over the changes.
It would be really nice to get answer about an solution or a workaround would be also fine.
Best of thanks!!!
I don't know the functionality you want. Office files must be attached to confluence pages in order to be displayed correctly. However, they can be edited from confluence.

The idea is to edit the file from local desktop and see the change on confluence.
It would be efficient whenever I want to edit a file on my computer desktop without taking the longer path to confluence and then edit.
Is the idea clear now?

The idea was clear the first time. However, confluence does not offer this by default.
There may be apps, but you should look for them yourself.
