New JSM Admin

Hello All! I am new to JSM as an admin and I am learning a lot about what NOT to do in JSM. There are so many ways to use this tool that it seems overwhelming at times and I spend more time cleaning up my mess rather than moving forward but I am assuming that it is all part of the learning process. 

I look forward to learning more and being a part of this community group to expand my knowledge.

I would also recommend these University courses and learning paths Andy and Jimmy mentioned. With those, it's quite easy to get familiar with the tool but to also learn about some best practices when it comes to using it. As with everything, it's recommended to 'start small' and then build up and configure additional flows, processes...
