Global PMO on JIRA

Hi Everyone, I am looking at ways of using JIRA to manage a PMO Function across development and delivery teams

Maybe Jira Align would be a good option for this purpose

Do you have a structure already you want to use?  Or are you looking for a structure?  I have a diagram of how we do it, if you are interested.

Hi, we are also looking for a structure of the PMO functions and team capacity.

Would it be possible for you to publish the chart?

With kind regards,

Anna

Every Epic created is linked to a Workstream and Initiative, but is contained on the Squad Projects.

Our Enterprise Board displays these using a Filter, and we pull them into a Sprint based on PI Planning (eg 12 weeks), we use a PM style flow for the Board columns.

Squads can then breakdown the Epics into Stories and pull them into their Sprints for delivery.

We use Kanban pull methods to drive the metrics eg over the last 4 quarters, Squad X delivered 10, 8, 7, 8 Epics, therefore for the next quarter we could limit them to the average of 8 Epics.

Happy to chat more or take feedback.
