I have examined a number of organizational tools, and not been satisfied with the features and options, they provide. They have either been too complex for me, or too simple to handle the hard stuff. I am going to check this out, and I hope it does the trick.

Suvradip:
Thank you for your comments, how can I get a general overview of the capabilities of the software, any recommendations?
Thanks @Dr_ Edward F_ Knab for raising this.
I would recommend this documentation to get an overview of Atlassian Products and how they work together - https://confluence.atlassian.com/confeval/other-atlassian-evaluator-resources/overview-of-all-atlassian-products

Hello and Welcome, Edward!
We are glad you are here!!
Welcome Edward!
I'll tell you my experience if it helps you to get started!
I found it very useful to take the free courses provided by Atlassian and review the documentation frequently.
Also a good practice was to create a separate project to test all the implementations that I was asked to do.
I hope this helps you and that your start in the job is the best!
Best regards Valentin
That's great @Valen Cardozo ! Nice to hear it from you.
