Consider buying a Christmas tree in a pot! Not only does it add festive charm to your home, but you can plant it afterward, contributing to the environment and leaving a positive ecological footprint. It's a win-win: you save money in the long run by avoiding the need for a new tree every year and support the planet by helping grow more greenery.

Hi! Living in Kolkata, West Bengal, India doesn't really allow you to have real Christmas trees!🎄 But being brought up by very cosmopolitan (non-Christian) parents, who never let go any festival that could add fun and frolic into the family life, meant celebrating Christmas albeit without Christmas trees! My brother and me were given gifts and taken-out for family picnic or lunch/ dinner. We had a blast!🎅🎄🎉🎈🎊🥳
When my daughter was born, I started celebrating Christmas with a Christian zeal despite being a proud Hindu married to a devout Hindu family! I got a fake Christmas tree, decorated our living room and the tree and each member of the family presented our princess with gifts! 🎁🎅🎄🎉🎈🎊🥳
As she became older, the number and nature of the gifts changed but the Christmas tree decorating was still the main draw of the celebrations! We added the ritual of helping her give gifts to those less fortunate than her, all around that Christmas tree she decorated with her own hand!🎁😊
Since she became 15, she took it upon herself to visit the local orphanage with her Christmas tree and gifts for the kids there and also for those angels who look after them! She says the lovely time she has there, is gift enough! Merry Christmas in advance to all of you!😊
